I see some of the writers are sensitve to profanity to so I will keep mine to a minimum. I will be calling names so I hope the staff doesn't mind. I live here have been here since October and I absolutely love it. I will hit on certain points so try and keep up
Parking: Horrible if you dont have a garage but better than my old community where we had 1 space per household and all your other vehicles had to be parked about a half a mile away and your vistors who knew where they were going to park.
Neighbors: Everyone in my building is fairly nice and quiet though I have heard about complaints from a friend that lives on the property about his building.
Landover: Its the hood, but where is the hood not at these days, you can get gunned down in broad day light in front of the white house so whats the worse that could happen' but I give it about 10 years after they finish cleaning the area up
Maintanance: I have no problems, plus the maintanance man Ray is fine! Wooo! They usually handle things very well
Office Staff: Here is where i call names everyone plays the ghetto game. All the ghetto members are gone, the old receptionist, the old assistant manager to me made the entire staff seem ghetto. Gregory, hes a tell it like it is guy i heard him ask one applicant " so you have 4 kids one of this is 2 months old and your husband isn't coming" hes a riot. Joy is down to earth but she could have returned more of my phone calls so i could have not made so many trips up to the office. I adore Susan she was plesant from the moment i walked through the door till i signed my lease. She should get some type of award for good customer service. Taron most call him T. If you want a good laugh or someone to put a smile on your face or need something done he is the one to do it. Not to tell on him but he cuzzed out the electric company for me, thats customer service. He's hilarious and that country accent kills me everytime. If he or Susan left I know I would move as well as a lot of other people.
The new assistant manager Helena seems nice as well.
I think I've covered everything. the only con is you have to pay your own utilities and that can be a bit of a burden at times but for the most part its well worth it. i can only speak for me though i'd like to hear more from other residents

they do need something in the office. those cookies are off the hook. and yes that ray he is fine. yes he is made me want to break something on purpose. gregory do look like he was superfly back in the day ole 1979 pimp. and can't forget about t still mad his hair is longer than mine his lil baby faced self. office keep up the good work. cant forget about my ladies susan do it up in her pant suits and heels give it up for the moms that still look good. joy be doing her casual gap/lane bryant get ups. I don't know michelle or the other girl so i won't talk about them...peace

I wanted to make a post like this but didn't want to put anyone out there... however since you got this started.......Greg look like he used to be mackin back in the day and is all about business. So don't try pulling shady shyt with him. Joy is the around the way ghetto type broad but she is bout it. Susan always got a smile on her face, make you wonder what the hell she so happy about and always friendly. T, you gotta watch him, little man got jokes, funny as hell. For all of you that are looking to move, this site can be used as a way of screening a complex but also as you can see from all the BS on here not completely reliable. Oh, and the other con is they don't have no cookies, snacks or drinks in the office. Can we get some OTIS SPUNKMYER up in here!!

These reviews made my day. I am a resident somewhere else and I was thinking about applying. I read all of the reviews and actually and to think there are some ignorant people that live there and you really have to think Do I want to pay over a thousand dollars a month and know that I have some dumd ass neighbors who are potentially depreciating the value day by day or minute by minute. But you ladies are the reason that I will stop by and see. I rode through after dark last night and it seemed to be quite. However like anything you pay for you have the right to ask for anything within reason to make your home life as pleasant as possible. I only just wish we could better screen for dumb asses before they approve just anybody.
