I FINALLY got to see these apartments and I must say they are off the chain! The staff was nice and the food was good. To all the residents on here, I can't wait to move in and appreciate your feedback. I thougth the apartments go according to your income, but they dont. Lucky enough I did meet the quailifications. Hopefully I will hear from the soon.

Apts= Nice!
Complex and Landover Area= High Crime and Ghetto!!!

Wow, I've read a lot of comments from residents there and I guess what looks good on the outside isn't always good on the inside! My cousin is moving there in a couple of weeks, does this complex really have a mice problem? I know the complex that was there before did.
