I would like to say I have been a tenant for almost 1 year at Oveland Gardens. We have experiences some significant staffinf turnovers this past year. Mr. Green is no longer there, Ray is gone (sorry ladies) and a few others have moved on. My experiecne has been good so far, except the typical growing pains one should expect from any new property (apt or house). It has also been my experience that your outlook of the apartment depends on the people living in your buidling. I am fortunate enough to be one of the first people to move-in July 2005. My building consists of older people, married couples, and working families. We have approx 8 children living in the building including 2 of my own. My neighbors are coordial and we look out for one another. We have regular conversations and visit each other's home regularly. As a matter of fact, we are having a tenant gathering in our building, so that we can keep in touch and fellowship together.
One day our whole apartment smelled like weed and we all came out the appartment went to the office and complained because we know no one in our apartment smokes recreational drugs. Turns out some young kids from ANOTHER BUILDING used our building code and smoked in the garage area. Other than that, no huge problems recently. So it DEFINITELY depends on the type of people who live in your building. I am just lucky to have mature, working-class families and seniors with school aged children. YEA ME!!!!

Hi, I am thinking about moving to this apartment and it will be my 1st venture out on my own with two kinds. Can you recommend your building, I think this would be a great team to be apart of. Thanks!!!
