Nice Apartments But...

Just moved in and I love my apartment, but when i moved in I had no blinds! I am on the ground floor too! this was unacceptable so I went out and purchased paper blinds and I am going to have them reimburse me.

I never had a proper walk through because when we got there, the water didn't work, the fridge wasn't plugged, there were dead flies on the floor and I had no blinds!

As a matter of fact the key we used to try and open the door didn't even work!

The office staff is very helpful, so I am patient with them because I know there is only so much they can do aside from noting your complaint.

I don' like the fact that my doors code doesn't work, it just opens like a regular door...

All in all thus far it has no been a totally bad experience and the fact that the apartments are so nice is a balancing factor.

i'll agree the niceness of the apartments and the staff are about all that can keep you over there, just from my experience alone i would say talk to susan or tee or michelle, even if they can't do anything about it you gotta complain to somebody, because whenever you try to talk to a manager or to the assistant manager you are on hold for an hour or you have to keep calling back, or go down there yourself. my main gripe with the staff is it seems like they are running around with so much to do and they are there everyday, so they get big ups from me i know at my last community they would diss you completely without hearing a word you had to say

had it ever crossed your mind that the managers do not have time to listen to every single complaint and that is why you were directed to speak with susan ,tee and michelle because they are just as helpful and compentant as anyone else in the office? management can not spend all there time listening to everyone gripes and complaints because then they are unable to complete their tasks at hand. SOS

Please remember section8mobs that it is the tenants who pays the salaries of management. No tenants equals no job for management or revenue for the company. If management has a poor and uncaring attitude about the tenants it flows from the top down, and the staff will have the same uncaring attitude.

If management will not address your concerns, take it to the corporate office above management -- they may be on the way out of the door for lack of performance any way.
