now everybody been complaining about the management team, well damn that what about them cheap ass owners who live in the nice rural areas and don't give a rats tail about ya'll koons.Now think about it you really think that everytime ya'll colored folk get a car stolen or your home broken into that you will be compensated for it' HELL TO THE NAW. You are sadly mistaken if you think that the owner is going to going to give you a break, please them bamas have mansions and estates.They don't give a fcuk about Overland Gardens. Do you really think that white lady (CHRISTINE) in the office care about you all , she aint even from here she is from out of state. Do you think that you will see her on the weekend hell no,WITH HER OLE PREJUDICE ASS' Where did the staff go it seems like they magically disappeared when whitey came aboard.Still keep leaving.Top flight security scared to even approach the straglers that just hang around.Water pressure fcuked up, bill too damn high. Increases of the damn hook and way too high,not enough parking spaces. How did the county approve that' Mice all over the damn place, in cabinets and garages.Them white people don't give a fcuk about us BLACK FOLK (MINORITIES)

I just went around there tonight to see how it was. I seen cars parked outside the gate. It looked nice around there. But, no I can't deal with any mice.

I'm glad to say I live on the 3rd floor and I haven't seen any mice as of yet but I know they are coming because peolpe in my building are having issues with mice.... And when they do come I'm getting a cat!
