I've enjoyed reading the different views of Overland Garden; however, in most comments I have noticed that there is overall satisfaction with the apartments. Since most of my questions have been answered through reading other reviews, my only question is what is the roach, mice, and rat situation like' And, for the most part, would you consider the residents to be decent and respectful. Last question, how clean were any of your apartments when you actually moved in'
