Ok Ok...I really wanted to move to Overland!!! Dang, but after reading the reviews I am not...All the biggest compliants are about: Poor managment, Roommates that don't pay rent (roaches, rats, etc.) and the hoodrat kids that be hanging out in front of the buildings. Well my biggest thing is, I was pissed that they told me that I make too much money and that I dont qualify to live there, but a person making $37,000 a year is qualified to pay $995 for rent plus the expensive of all utl. bills. Well l was going to see if I could get the hook up to lower my income so that I can try to move in there...but thank you everyone...Yall help me make up my mind...I don't want to move there now.

Your'e right about the income requirements. I notice a lot of new apartment complexes have income requirements and they say it's because they want lower income residents to be able to live nicely too, but what's the point when most of them tear up the property and show no appreciation for where they live. You should be glad that you don't qualify just as I am.

You'll are some haters. Its not even for low income. Because if your income is too you can't get in either. Its for us who are in the middle (by uncle SAM's standards) and all the stuff u hear about overland trust me its very very exagerated because it coming from haters just like you.
