I have lived at Overland for almost a year. I have never, ever seen any mice or roaches in my apartment and no evidence of them as well. There are no kids hanging in my building, nor have I ever had a problem with any of my neighbors playing loud music. Judging by the terrible reviews I have been reading I have been extremely fortunate. I am so thankful for being in building 3113. The newer side - they are probably seeing alot of field mice. That area is new and they had to break ground over there and that's probably why there's a problem with mice. Maintenance - I wouldn't hold my breath on them - you have to stay on top of them and hopefully they will get it together. Parking - yeah, a garage would be better. The apartments are nice - management need to up their game and get on the ball and listen to the needs of their tenants.
