The apartment it self is nice & spacious. But what is up with maintenance or am I the only one that's having issue and do maintenance know what they are doing' I want to know if any one else is having issue with repairs to there apt. Overland is a very nice place. I think we should keep in mind that this is a fairly new community and it does take some time to work out all of the kinks. I know that the maintenance man Willis tries his hardest to address all maintenance concerns in a timely manner I think its only 2 maintenance guys though so I really feel for them and I have learned 2 be patient but if it is an emergency he will get to you ASAP. But I know that my shower handle falling off can wait another day. If I wanted to live like I was in Beverly Hills than thats where I need to be. You people are spoiled babies. What apartment complex would put up with the stupid gripes and complaints that youll make. They would seriously look at you as a joke. I feel sorry for the office staff there they work there butts off to please you ungrateful people.
