Anyone who wants to know the truth. The negative comments displayed are 1. Coming from someone who is bitter they didn't qualify or 2. Very very very exagerated. I've been living here for a while and trust me I've heard it all. Its very true most of the residents (including myself) do have some minor repair issues, ill repeat minor. Honestly its minor stuff a screw driver, plunger, or hammer and you could fix it yourself. I know some do have more serious issues but its not the multitude you think. Yes Ill admit it took a week or so to get my mailbox key and the GE repair man took his time fixing my dryer (please do us a favor and get rid of GE I know the appliances are under warranty and maintenance can't touch them but they are so slow), but if you saw the traffic in the office you can only be understanding. (Because everybody and their mother is trying to get up in here). I don't even think the staff can get a break to use the bathroom. I can definately say the pros outway the cons by a landslide. And there's no issue that can't be fixed. I've never had a problem with the staff. They are definately are a blessing to this community. And all the other gripes people seem to write about, I don't even know why people waste their energy. I did know a couple people with mice but they all said the same thing they fixed the problem. Just like life Overland is what you make of it. All I have to say is Positive over Negative equals Positive.

Its nice to know not all the residents there are not negative. For me that's the most discouraging thing. Who wants to live around such negative people. Negativity is a disease, and I don't want to catch it. I find your review to be very honest and positive. Its a big help. Even though things have gone wrong you have managed to keep a positive outlook. The world needs more people like you.
