You are so correct. Last night a huge army of police, ambulances, and fire trucks were in the complex. Someone got hurt, but I do not know how severe. Later that night, a huge cannon explosion went off. I don't know if is was someone shooting or a firework. All I know is that I feel very unsafe, and my thoughts of living at Overland Gardens are "who's going to get hurt next accidentally'" (Drive-by or stray bullets.)
