THIS PALCE IS A JOKE!! THE MANAGER IS ON A CONTROL TRIP THE ASST, DEBBIE THINKS SHE IS A HOLY ROLLER WITH A FOWL MOUTH AND THEY BOTH LIE TOOO MUCH. THE PLACE IS GHETTO. THE PLAYGROUND IS A DAYCARE FOR KIDS WHOM MOTHERS ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. IT IS COMPLETE MESS. NEIGHBORS ROBB EACH OTHER. DONOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOURKIDS.
THEY TOW CARS DAILY.

do they tow cars of the people who live there? what is the violence like? is it loud at night? do the hallyways or building look dirty or smell like pee?can anyone tell me who is in a two bedroom about how much your utility bill would be?

What in the world is going on in Overland? These are relatively new apartments. Why are there so many compliants? The management company should be held accountable; however, Black people, we must start taking care of our communities and not moving away because we think living around white people make us "better." They take care of their communities and they don't allow the type of behavior that is experienced in our communities daily. Until we stand up and take control, we will continue to live in these conditions. There is no need any running to white communties, they (white people) pack up and move away.
