first off i thought there were no pets....thats a lie
if you live by the playground yeah you are in trouble
fighting and weed smokers
parking is horrible they towing cars even tho your name is on the lease
parking on the street 75th ave is even worse my windows have been smashed and my stereo taken 2 times , i even started carrying my heat now...arghhhh
security is a joke they scream on them intercoms but them youngins still riding them lil mini bikes all hours of the night....arghhh,,the doors dont work and like others have said anybody could be waiting by the back doors...arghhhh

oh yeah dont forget to keep track of your receipts cause one minute they saying you aint pay rent then they saying you got a credit..arghhhhhh

the police stay parked by the rental office when they are needed in the back whats that all about.arghhhhhhhhh

Did you know its the city of landovers responsibility to provide protection for its citizens. I think we should take most of these concerns up with our local and city government officials and demand that do do something about these issues and stop taking no for an answer. White neighborhoods have high police visibility. It looks as if this is where all of our tax dollars are spent protecting certain neighborhoods. This is a matter we really need to stand firm on (only not to the rental office but to city officials). Also us BLACK FOLK need to stop tearing up and stealing from each other.

Landover is not a city. That's why Prince Georges County Police patrol Overland. Landover Hills is a city, we don't live in Landover Hills. And, lemme tell you, from the mouth of one of the cops on the property, they don't give a rat's ass what happens to the citizens of Overland Gardens.

Overland gardens apt is a beatiful place to live it seems to me that the people they allowed to move on the property is now tearing it apart, if you live o the property please call the police if you see people fu----- up. Claim where you live
