Everything was all good when I moved into the last developed portion of the complex in July 2006. Peace and quiet, until I realized the day I moved in, I had no hot water. Mind you, the hot water heater fuels your heating which is gas controlled. It took six months to replace the "new" water heater with a "new" one. By then, it was December and we had not heat sometimes 48 hours in a row on 17 degree nights.

Then, they tried to evict me right before Christmas claiming I had never paid rent (six months worth). Oh, whoops, they said, you have a credit! WTF' Now, please, don't even bother moving here. My apartment is my haven, but here's a list of things to think about:

1. The young bamas hanging around acting like they own this place
2. The constant gang of police and fire trucks
3. Neighbor almost burned down the building, literally, and I live on the fourth floor
4. Garage broken into four times in as many weeks, PG police did nothing about it
5. The dirt, trifling, piled up trash right beneath my window with the gang of crows and seagulls eating out of it
6. The cigarette butts, spit and the rank smell of weed in the hallway and garage hallways
7. The cooking out in the cut or in the driveway like the neighbors own land or something while the smoke rises into your apartment on nice summer days (can't keep your windows open)
8. The shady bamas walking the parking lot all hours of the night
9. THE SPEAKER RIGHT UNDER THE WINDOW SCREAMING (GOOD EVENING OVERLAND GARDENS...) WTF'

Bottom line, don't even bother. I'm moving after I have three years of excellent renting history, even though the rental office doesn't think I do. LOL What a joke!

Wow, I'm glad they didnt let me live there based on the fact that i could afford too. Idiots

When I moved here I had to get the gas turned on in my unit. They specifically told me to call Washington Gas and the electric company before I moved in to ensure service. Sounds to me like that is your fault.
