I've lived here for 3 years and yes the development has changed as well as management (3 times). YES, there are thugs hanging out at all hours and weed smoking in the hallways. YES, there are roaches and mice. YES...MICE. YES, there are ghetto renters in all the buildings. And GOOD LUCK with maintanance. I had less problems when Monique was here...but now its gotten worst. You're lucky if they even respond.
If you live here and have no problems...GREAT! But don't sit up here on this site and act like Overland is an error-free resort...Because you are a LIE. Tell the TRUTH and shame the -----.
It's not the WORST but it DAMN sure aint the BEST.
I have no reason to lie. I referred a friend and got the referral credit...My friend had the worst rental experience to the point that he and his family moved.
And that's the TRUTH RUTH!
