I have never had to deal with such unintelligent and rude people in my ENTIRE life. Words can not even begin to express the disappointment I have in dealing with members of this office staff. I could have gone further and really taken it to the federal board, but I honestly opted not to stoop to their level and just find better housing with a more pleasant staff!

To the first lady, who said she's been here over 8 years. I moved in before construction was even completed. I'm one of the 1st tenants. That has been less than 5 years ago. Overland just reached it's 5 year mark. So your 8 yr. calculation is incorrect.

Did you ever think that maybe you are just one of those tenants you can never please? So people just get frustrated when they see you b/c they bend over backwards and you still are not happy? I've lived here for over 8 years and have absolutely no problems with the staff.

Sweetheart I am far from the problem and I am not a tenant, I was simply looking to rent there. I have expectations of what and how staff should act and conduct themselves as everyone should...so when you expect less you will be satisfied with just that!
