THE APARTMENTS LOOK GREAT FROM THE OUTSIDE
WHEN ACTUALLY PARTIAL RENOVATIONS WERE DONE.
THE FLOORS STILL SQUEAK AND CAN HAVE SLOPES
IN THEM. THUGS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE. CARS HAVE BEEN STOLEN. MAITENANCE SUCKS! POOR QUALITY CARPET WAS INSTALLED IN UNITS. OH MY GOSH, THEY SEND REMINDERS THAT RENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST EVERY MONTH.

dont forget the cracks that appear in the walls every 4 months even though they 'repair them'. Whoever the contracters were on this 'remodeling' job needs to be reported to the BBB. My apt is on a slop and my walls seem crooked. My bathroom floor has a dip in it, my hallway is lopsided, and the walls are super thin. I know ALL of my upstairs neighbors business because I can hear EVERY word of thier convo (not to mention squeaky beds and moans)
