I have lived in my apartment for 8 years. I have seen people come and go. I love the management. They are always nice to me. I read a review that said the children were assaulted under the supervision of the property. Since when is it management responsibility to supervise your child. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I can walk to the shopping center right across the street and the bus stop is at my front door. My apartment is huge and I have 2 walk in closets. My child attends the community center which has Tudors that help with home work and teaches them how to use a computer and it's FREE.

It's not management job to supervise nobody children just like it's not management job to tutor nobody children. However you pay for luxuries which includes FREE TUTORING,SECURED PROPERTY and etc.It is the MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY to insure the safety of all the residents adults and children. After all what is the use of having security when you still have to worry about drug users and sellers in and outside the building sex offenders living on the property and tenants not aware. What is the use of having security if they don't do their job.Besides they advertise a secured property but it's not MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILTY to owe up to it they expect you to obey the rules right or wrong.

I have been in property management for 14 years and can understand why people/residents believe it it managements responsilibilty insure their safety. When are the persons living in the communities held responsible for happens there. When things happen no one wants to call the police or coperate with the police. No one wants to play an active role in making their neighborhood a better place. Management can only do so much if the community is not willing to pitch in. I don't live or work at Summer Ridge but have family that lives there. I see the changes they have made in trying to make the community better. But the things they are doing are useless if the residents don't help.
