MAINTENANCE SUCKS THEY ARE SOME GARBAGE. SERCURTY DO NOTHING BUT SIT IN THER CAR ALL DAY.OH THE ROACHES ARE TAKEN OVA. I GOT TO GO. ITS NOT GOOD AT ALL. SO IF U ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING AT SUMMER RIDGE APARTMENTS PLEASE DON'T DO IT. REAL TALK

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years do not move here, I am moving on Sunday. The management suck. So many apartments have been getting broken into. Guys always hanging outside, especially at the bus stop. The resident manager is a B*TCH, I can't stand her. She is rude & nasty. This place really sucks. Do not move here.
