I moved into Summer Ridge apartments in 2005 and have lived there since. Maintenance is great. The apartments are up-to-date, therefore, I did not request for maintenance often. The violence is nonexistent. Its quiet and safe, especially at night. I initially would have ants in the summer time. I have never seen roaches or rodents. I will agree that since another property management company has taken over, some of the services have decreased and they are buzzards. All-in-all, Summer Ridge is worth the money. Remember, you get what you pay for!!!
