What you make it I had a bad divorce and my credit was messed up at first. I had to get with the collection guy David talking to me l;ike he was crazy about my credit. Now that I am in there I have no problems and the apartment is nice and clean. Its a good place for a start over..

SLUM LORDS!!!! whatever you do do NOT move into 3507 it allways floods downstairs due to the pipe in the laundry room that should have been fixed over 6 months ago!! then when you have a flood and the water comes on the carpet the only way that you will get it fixed is to call the health department

Very Nice Just signed a lease! I'm excited!! Its right by Landover Metro. Very Close to Route 50 and 295 (BW Pkwy) The apartment was nice it has w/w carpet, dishwasher and a washer / dryer. Nice layout. Leasing office was professional and nice.

I could have done better. 1. Kentvillage aparts are quiet and kept clean on the outside.
2. Roaches and mice were a problem!
3. If you decide to move here please get an apartment with electric included, because there heating system is terrible you will have outrageous bills in the winter.
