Kent Village Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 28 2008: I've been living in Kent Village ever since September of 2007. I live on Virginia Avenue in the garden style apartment complex. Now as a new mom, I honestly don't have a problem where I'm located. I can walk across Camden Summerfield 0% Recommended Apr 23 2008: This complex is new, but don't be fooled by the leasing consultants or blinded by the "amenities" because you will regret it. Some of the residents are making this community undesirable. I always see trash on the grounds, hear kids Kent Village Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 18 2008: It has calmed down but the are still have its issues. Theres still shooting, not enough police, and the scene of young teenagers selling drugs. But it is getting better. Overland Gardens 40% Recommended Apr 17 2008: The people who recommend Overland Gardens are people who are obviously not accustomed to adequate living conditions and/or well maintenance and properly managed properties (i.e. public housing or slum landlord buildings). Not saying this to degrade anyon Kent Village Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 04 2008: Given these factors of 1) Neighbors, 2) Surrounding Community, 3) Geographic Location 4) Cost of Living/ Rent, Kent Village Apartments and Townhomes is a decent bang for the buck.
