You Would Never Want To Live Here - It all starts with the leasing staff they are all nice when you first move in, then the become nasty and mean with very bad attitudes. Run in the Opposite Direction Simply put, staff is unprofessional and unscrupulous. They are hardly ever forthcoming about anything financial. Apartments are dirty. Community is very loud for professional people who have to work in the morning. Rent is too high for upscale housing project.

Love the close proximity to the beltway and Morgan Station Blvd Metro! My commute has become so much better since I moved to Camden Summerfield. Some days I take the metro (which I can walk to!).

Never going to Move I have lived in many apartments. In my old job, I had to move around a lot. Now I have settled in. I am so glad I did. The staff at Summerfield have made it feel like home!!! I can t imagine living anywhere else. Would I recommend it? You betcha!
