I rented from this Mid-America Corps. complex from 2001-2003. They were OK to begin with (though pricey), but have subsequently become much, much worse, and now are $200 more expensive than when I started living here. The rooms are nice enough (not enough to mandate nearly $1000 a months rent though!), but the service and corpoate attitude of the workers here is enough to make you hate people in general. You deal with automatons, that read from the book to answer you. They might as well cut more corners, fire everyone, and just have the service agreement laying in the leasing office. It's not that different.

Also, the area is terrible. Suburban Maryland is not anyone's idea of a good time. The neighborhood is certainly not particularly safe. And it's in the heart of Prince George's County!! For location concerns alone, the rent should be $200 less, at least. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
