The office Staff is the worst

I live in the apartments now and the office staff is one of the worst staff that I have ever had to deal with. They are rude and very unprofessional at all. I can say that one of the staff is okay. They need to update the kitchens with real wood cabinets, update the bathrooms, change carpets from previous owners and rid the apartments of roaches. Not everyone keep filthy homes, so therefore they need to stay on top of the ones that do and penalized them. I have roaches and it is really bad. I woke up one morning with a roach crawling on my face. Also, they need to send the property manager to a professions class and a sensitivity class bc she is a real -----!! All I can say is make sure you know what your rights are and don't let her walk all over you. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
