I love my apartment

I've lived here for nearly seven months and I haven't had any problems at all. Spacious apartment (yes, I have a walk in closet!!!), clean grounds, quiet neighbors, no pests...that's all I need. The rent is reasonably priced, compared to other complexes in the area with comparable amenities. It is true that crime happens everywhere...and you must be aware of your surroundings everywhere, not just at Carleton East. For the record, I have never felt unsafe leaving my apartment late at night. I have never seen young teens or strange people loitering around the complex. To date, I have nothing but good things to say about Carleton East Apartments.
