Ive lived @ Carelton East for a YEAR....The whole time Ive lived here, Ive had nothing but complaints.

1) The Parking lot....is exactly that...there are no assigned spaces and the parking lot is ALWAYS full. Espcially since your visitors have full range of the lot as well as residents. The lots are never well lit....and there is always a note on ur stairwell door warning you of another robbery!

2)TRASH....Trash is ALWAYS everywhere around the apartment complex. The trash recepticals are SO SMALL not even one building can use it....let alone the 10 buildings surrounding it. The maintanence staff takes forever to clean it up since the trash guys wont pick it up...its not there job to keep the property clean! Its even worse in the summer time when people decide to have cook outs or little parties to enjoy the weather. It is so hot the trash starts to smell and it gets into your apartment...its horrible!!

3) LAUNDRY ROOMS The building I live in the laundry room is always flooded. A few times i had to get my laundry and walked into what seemed like a little pond of water....the water has no where to go! Also there is NO windows in the rooms...so it always smells of mold!!

4) Staff I cant say too much of the staff except that expect to get attitude!! Everytime I ended up in the rental office for something....i received nothin but attitude!!

I cant wait to leave this place....I wouldnt reccomend ANYONE to live here!!!
