Having moved from Park Berkshire apartment in Forestville, Carleton East is a breath of fresh air for us.

Initailly, we had some things that required repair or replacement and the things we asked for were done without hesitation.

Upon coming to our apartment for the first time, we were greeted by a neighbor who warned us of roaches. We took precautionary measures against them and have yet to see one.

Parking is not a problem where we are, I love our walk-out patio. It's really convenient.

The playground is really outdated and should be updated.

I have two new bathrooms and that's a plus.

I really don't have many bad things to say about the community.
