i currently live in carleton east apts and i can't wait until i move - of course when your coming in to fill out an app they make the apt to be this and that but once you sign that dotted line your done - i have had so many maintenance problems its not a joke - frig light has been out for i dont know how long - they won't replace the other light in the kitchen "because they don't supply the bulbs" (what type of mess is that) - i had a hole in my bath ceiling for a about a month in a half before they patched it and then water leaked thru again another month before it was patched - they have roaches/spiders and lord knows what else - the trash can by my bldg is constantly in the street and not where its supposed to be.

you can hear everything in your neighbors apt - the staff is unprofessional (where do they find these people) - no matter how much you call them and complain you really get no where but be late on that rent and they ready to evict - the maintenace staff you'll find them walking around the property more than anything instead of fixing problems that need to be fixed.

and depending what bldg you live in you might have to walk a mile to get to your building because of the parking spots taken by others.

leaks all the time - old appliances (unwilling to replace) its just a hot mess!

i could go on 4ever just don't waste your money to live around here - when my lease is up i'm outey!!!
