I have lived here for 2 years now. I am very happy with my apartment but it is very OLD. The kitchen and bathroom is less than acceptable. The apt is in a livable condition but like i said befre it is very OLD!!!! The closet space in the apt is enormous! I just love the sunken living room and huge bedroom and other living space. I will definitely say that it is definitely affordable fr me. However, i would stay much longer if they didn't increase the rent by almost $40 more each year, if the apt was renovated, and if a washer dryer was provided. Make no mistake it is a great neighborhood and affordable.

The maintenance absolutely SUCKS!!! If you want to get something fix you may need to harass them about it!

Lastly when i first moved in the staff were very rude. But now they are cool...not sure what happened''' Maybe had training or something.

All and all i would definitely recommend this place over alot of other complexes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eventhough i've had mediocre experiences.
