I have being living at Carlton East for over 2yrs and their nothing but problems at Carlton East Apartments, I have made complaints and the Manager do not response to your complanits they over look your problem and the Kitchen cabinets are old and unacceptable when calling on the cabinet they just say yeah! they are just old and theirs nothing we can do about it or half fix the problem. Manager do not care about the attendant that are living there, all they want is to collect rent. In order to get anything fix or done, you have go though other measure to assure that the problem get fixed. specially starting the summer with the Air condition, I feel if a person have ac they should not have to run the fan to keep their apartment cool. this tells me that the ac is not running properly, I have complainted about this situation, now I have go though other measure to get a AC look at. If you are consider living at Carlton East Apartment I would think twice and really read the reviews on Carlton East before considering living here.

I've been living here for 3 years. Never had a problem that wasn't immediately addressed.
