Management team is very polite, responsive and professional. I've lived here for almost 3 yrs and have enjoyed this great community. It's got great residents who are polite and family oriented. The parking is assigned to each resident so one is assured that your parking lot is always free. I live in a one bedroom apartment which is enormous and with plenty of closet space. If it was not for the need of a 2 bedroom 2 bath, I d stay here till I buy a house of my own. I will truly miss Chestnut Ridge apartment. Who knows I might come back soon.
