I have lived here almost a year now and it's a great place to live. It has it's downfalls but for the most part Finian's court is a great place to live. The park only has swings and the pool hasn't been open for some years now. The community is pretty close nit, residents have lived here on an average of five to ten years, so that should tell you something. The resident manager is very professional and courteous whenever you see her. It is mostly quiet, no real disturbances and not alot of traffic. If you are looking for a place to live COME JOIN US :)

DON'T DO IT!!! IF YOU WANT YOUR TAGS OR CAR STOLEN OR STOLEN CARS LEFT IN YOUR PARKING LOT, IF YOU LIKE HUGE ROACHES, PAPER-THIN WALLS AND A OFFICE BUILDING-TURNED CHURCH HOLDING LOUD PRAISE AND WORSHIP SERVICES 8 DAYS A WEEK, COME ON OVER!! IF YOU LIKE CATS WITH FLEAS, SQUIRRELS, GARDEN SNAKES, RACCOONS AND POSSUMS, MOVE IN ROUGHT AWAY!! IF YOU LIKE TO BE ROBBED AT GUNPOINT IN THE DAY TIME FINIAN'S COURT IN THE PLACE FOR YOU!! AND AS QUIET AS IT'S KEPT THERE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON IN THIS COMPLEX SO DON'T BLINK!
