I lived here for a number of years and am elated to be gone. Issues:
* Current management (2006) is incompetent and insensitive. Out and out rude.
* Customer service is non-existant
* Poorly lit, such that it is I felt unsafe arriving/leaving after dark. Desperately needs security and better lighting.
* Was mugged there, knew ppl that were robbed on site. Do not use the laundry facility at night.
* Mgmt does a terrible job informing tenants of public safety issues rather neglectful.
* Children not necessarily monitored, and border on rude when you walk down the sidewalk. If they are on bikes they practically run you down.
* Would highly recommend NOT living there. Sketchy mgmt, sketchy environment. Stay away not worth the rent.

I FIND IT HARD THAT SOME ONE CAN SAY A PLACE IS HORRIBLE WHEN THE FACT IS QUITE POSSIBLE THAT THEY WERE EVICTED FOR NON PAYMENT OF RENT.

LIVED THERE SIX YEARS! IF YOU WERE SO UNHAPPY WHY'D YOU STAY AND WHY ISN'T YOUR LIST LONGER??? OTHER REVIEWS OF THIS PROPERTY GRIPE ABOUT HOW TOUGH THEY ARE ON KIDS. WHICH IS IT? QUESS I'LL HAVE TO SEE FOR MYSELF!
