For starters the up keep of the apartments and grounds are below standard. The office staff is horrible and very unprofessional. They'll try to get money from you anyway they can which is dead wrong. The management company backs the property manager 100% whatever he says goes. Whatever happened to customer service, what happen to making your residents happy. Nothing is wrong with this if you have a good resident. If you want your moneys worth this is not the place to move. Your happiness is not this managements concern. I haven't any roach infestation per say however when I first moved in and they exterminated my apt it didin't work I had to do it myself to see results. I think they gave the roaches sugar so they wouldn't leave. There's no playground for the kids they are forced to sit in front of the buildings and loiter. They can't ride there bikes, skates, jump rope this is unheard of they can not be kids. Did I mention the summer when there is absolutly no air condition and no apology from management regarding this and how about in janauary when is was freezing the electric was out for close to 29 hours with apologies agian. While they were at home nice and warm. Parking is the worst I think they get a cut from the tow company. I've lived many places but I've never experienced anything of this nature. Mold and mildew is a problem also. When maintenance comes into your unit they do not clean up their mess which is a headache.One more thing the laundry room stays dirty and there is always one machine that is not working, I don't care how much you report it Rita will say it'll be taken care of but mark my words it won't. Thank GOD I'll be buying next year and will finally be delivered from this hell.
