I am not a resident at Forest Lake, but I really felt compelled to make this review ...

I've read many, many reviews and people most often complain and/or make negative comments about the residence and/or the people in the management offices. Well, I'd just like to say, notwithstanding anything that I may not be personally aware of not being an actual tenant and all, that I did have a very pleasant experience today when I called to get information regarding possible rental.

I spoke with Angela and, I must say, that she is one of the most pleasant leasing agents I have spoken to since I began my search. Her attitude was consistent and did not turn stiff, even after I voiced my concerns with the property based on some reviews I had read. She was knowlegeable and checked the info she had given me for accuracy. Even after I said I didn't think a particular size/price would be accommodating enough for me to bother with viewing apartment, her attitude remained pleasant.

It is for that reason, that I intend to go to Forest Lake to take a look at the "models" available. I may just change my mind.
