For this week with the temperature above 98, no AC, no any arrangement. Not going to renew when the lease expires.

I have lived here for 5 years, and after the first two years...each time my lease came up for renewal...I really wanted to move. For whatever the reason of my circumstances I stayed but I can not in good concious stay anymore. Over the past 3 years I have seen a steady increase in crease in...and please excuse my language...(don't give a ---- attitute) from management. There has been car thefts..car break ins....and violence. Nothing seems to get done yet my rate steadly increases. I'm paying a mortgage here! And just this past month with the a/c....there is just no excuse. Each year there is a problem with the damn a/c unit. And for those of you who think once it gets on that it will blow cold air.......well, I'm on my 2nd unit in my apartment. Its just too much. I'll be leaving next April.

I have live in this stupid apt for 3yrs there are roaches ,mice and every nasty thing in this place.Now with NO AC it's terrible and management don't care.Paying rent here is like mortgage.And U don't get the service U deserve.
