WARNING: My advice to you is to stay away. If you like the ghetto welcome home. It's like a living nightmare.

well its a section8 property the rent is based on income people live there pay 200 a month probably so you should expect that

section 8 or section 9, it dont matter. if you live in an apartment complex, you should know that it is your home and that you would want your home and the surroundings as nice as they can be. ghetto folks need to be in the ghetto and not in the complex making it look and smell bad for those that are tying to make it their home.
