These apartments need to be shut down. I can't stand it. They need to get those who are lazy depending on section 8 & not working out. The tenants don't take care of a place that they suppose to call home. Obviously management doesn't care either because they continue to let this place be like this. The hallways are always filty. I remember coming home to see dog ---- in my hall. There is always loitering if not in the hall in front of the buildings 24/7, & it's roach infested because of nasty tenants. This is no place to raise your kids if you are descent. I don't feel safe because with all the hanging out in front of the building, you never know when a bullet may come flying. I can't name one thing good about this place. I regret the day I signed my lease. I look foward to the day I leave that hell hole which will be soon. I hope this review is helpful to whoever is considering moving here. DON'T DO IT!

The Complex don't necessary need to be shut down, what it needs is concern property managers, concern owners and tenants that will STAND UP for what is right. I've been to that place several times, because i have a sister that lives there, my mom use to live there, my great aunt use to live there, my granddad use to live there and i have friends that lives there. so saying that they need to shut it down, will not be fair to those that are trying to keep the complex in great living condition. if they shut it down, where are those that live there going to go. Speak up for your rights and stop complaining all the time. Complaining will get you no where, but if you speak out and DEMAND things, it will get done. And what can you expect from an complex that you have to make an appointment just to see someone in the rental office. what kind of MESS is that. I've never heard of such a thing. you have the maintenance workers having sex in the laundry rooms, so i am assuming that is more important to them than keeping up the appearance of the complex. the drunks, drug pushers, sellers, dealers, addicts, thieves, crooks, robbers, lazy non working people, and the dont carers need to be vacated from the property. Stand up for what is right and stop complaining about stuff. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. GET A PARTITION. LET THE TENANTS SIGN IT. THOSE THAT WANT TO SEE THEIR COMPLEX LOOKING NICE. SPEAK OUT FOR WHAT YOUR RIGHTS ARE AS A TENANT. GET CHANNEL 7 NEWS OUT THERE AND CHECK THE AREA OUT. LET THEM SEE THAT PLACE ON THE NEWS AND THAN WHAT......PUT A WRITE UP IN THE WASHINGTON POST PAPER....FRONT PAGE........DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO MAKE IT A NICE DECENT PLACE TO LIVE.....THERE ARE NO FLOWERS IN THE FRONT, NO NICE TREES PLANTED ANYWHERE, JUST TRASH, GARBAGE, AND GOOD FOR NOTHING PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPLEX..........SPEAK UP FOR YOURSELF AND GET THEM OUT....DO IT NOW, BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T DO IT, NO ONE ELSE WILL........................
