I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT OF GLENARDEN APT FOR OVER 12YRS AND YES WE DO HAVE ISSUES WITH SOME OF OUR TENANTS AND THEIR CHILDREN BUT WHAT SUBSIZED HOUSING APTS DON'T THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE ON HERE TALKING ABOUT KIDS OUT LATE AT NIGHT AND SMOKING THE CHILDREN PROBALY ARE THEIR KIDS.... GLENARDEN APTS HAVE COME A LONG WAY SINCE "BACK IN THE DAY" IT AIN'T NO MORE DRUG STRIPS AND HARDLY ANY CRIME WORTH SPEAKING OF NOW I'M NOT SAYING THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS PERFECT BUT IT IS NOT AS BAD AS THEY'RE ARE MAKING IT SEEM!!!!! NOW MANAGEMENT IS ANOTHER STORY IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN AND BROKEN THINGS NEVER FIXED THIS IS YOUR PLACE TO NAME THE COLPRITS MS GREY AND MS DIXON WHO ARE SO RUDE AND NASTY THEY TREAT EVERYBODY LIKE CRACK HEADS AND MAYBE IF YOU HAD PEOPLE WHO CARED ABOUT THE TENANTS THEY MAYBE THE TENANTS MIGHT CARE ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD.......I PERSONALLY HAVE GROWN FROM A CHILD TO AN ADULT AND NOW A MOTHER MYSELF AND NO I DON'T REALLY BRING MY CHILDREN OUTSIDE TO PLAY BUT THAT IS ONLY DUE TO FACT THAT WE HAVE NO PLAYGROUNDS WHERE OUR CHILDREN CAN PLAY....NO PLAYGROUNDS,POLICE HARRASMENT (ORDRED BY MS GREY& MS DIXON WHO DON'T LIVE ON THE PROPERTY) NO MORE GAZEBOS WHICH HAVE BEEN REMOVED WITH THE METAL BEAMS STILL POKING OUT OF THE GROUND,A MAINTENECE MAN WHO IS A RAPIST AND A PERVERT WHO HAS FONDLED MANY TENATS ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS(PEDRO) TO FIX THIS NEIGHBORHOOD THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE IN THE RENTAL OFFICE.......IT IS NOT THE TENANTS IT IS THE MANAGEMENT WHO ARE A BUNCH OF RENT STEALING,DISCRIMINATIVE, INHUMAN,RUDE,HEARTLESS INDIVIDUALS....THANK YOU FOR YOU TIME AND I HOPE EVERYBODY READS THIS..........

People can always find something to complain about and are never satisfied. I have heard plenty of residents as well as myself feel the property is at its best since new management has came in. If people think management is stealing their money why don't they have receipts to prove it or take up charges against management. I talk with everyone in the rental office and they are all pleasant. You have to give respect to get it. Just because someone is in the office now that is doing their job and doing it right people can't accept the change. Maybe you haven't been paying your rent, maybe you don't even pay rent (lazy typical sec 8 resident), maybe you don't take care of your apartment but expect maintenance to fix it just as soon as you, your children and your guest tear it up. Oh and to let you know Pedro was fired as soon as the new staff started so before posting anything maybe you need to post the correct information. The problems with maintenance issues being corrected did not only start when the new staff came in it's been that way, at least now they give you a copy of your maintenance ticket. Before the staff that was in the office didnt even have a record. Actually I take care of my apartment so maintenance has not had to come in my unit too much. Another thing it speaks a lot about you and your family saying you was raised here and now you are raising your children here. I have been here one year, going to college, work full time and using this as a stepping stone to move forward, that's what sec 8 is for, not to raise 4 and 5 generations here. If you don't like the property or management why don't you move out I know they are not begging you to stay. I forgot maybe you don't have a job and no education and can not go anywhere else (DUMB). Before you start posting defaming information about people who are getting up every morning and going to work doing their job, maybe you need to look in the mirror and take a good look at yourself and see whats wrong about you, remember people in glass houses can't throw stones. Theres only one person who works in the office that I have not seen in there lately that they need to get rid of, to hear all the residents tell it she was the one stealing the money.

to the response of this letter that was wriiting on 7/14/08 u need not to response to any of these letters if u have been living in this dump for just 1yr because u have not been through what half of these teants have so take that trash that u wrote in put it in your trash because that is were your little note should go
