i have been leaving here for about 9 years and I have seen improvement in shootings. What they havent improved and need to quickly is the buildings. They need to be tore down and rebuilt for us to relive in. There is always a leak in the cieling. There is always overflows, infestments with roaches, mices and bugs. The walls need repainting and they are thin. The apartment needs to be recarpeted. The doors need to be more secured. They need to put new cabinets, refridgerators and stoves in all units. All door knobs should be the same. The rental office is unprefessional, unorganized. The property manger is rude and disrespectful. Mainantce is never on call. You can call and emergency and they wont come to later. They always say they will be back and dont come back or till the next day. Walter is a good maintance man he fixes it. The only way you can get something done is if you call over top of property manager. They always want you to fix to to them. The play grounds are tow up from the floor up. Its unsafe for kids. Its glass on it. Its matel tore up. It just need an upgrade

u r very right the apts are torn up but i don't give walter as much credit i thought mr quincy was doing a excellent job walter don't know what he doin!!!!!
