I have been a resident for over 15 years and HUD continues bring diruptive, unorganized, dishonest management in after the wonderful Mrs.Hawkins left the company. The current manager is not only dishonest, but she is not direct and does not see that she is there to maintain the complex. Not, mover her relatives and other friends in to disrupt the area. I have spoken to HUD on a number of ocassions and they seem to agree with the disorganization. I personally don't feel you should have to subject your family to the preditors that are in the area, people lounging at all times of the night, disorderly relatives that want to visit and bring nothing but loud noise when they come. I also, find it unfare that management can use one apartment and move people (Their relatives in and out as they save money & move on) in and out as they please, to allow them to get a head, while others are just barely making it. This has been brought to a HUD offical's attention(Jose Nunez) and nothing has been done. The complex has potential and should be kept up, no matter how much you pay. With the proper guidance from officals that really care about the up keep of the complex and the neighborhood, not the upkeep of their pockets.

I lived in the area for over 20 years and at Glenarden Woods for about 3 years...the rent is affordable and the location is convenient and the schools are great. Secondly you know just as well as I know that Ms. Hawkins was not wonderful. She was as disruptive, unorganized and dishonest as the next person. Her WHOLE family lived or still lives here. And they were apart of alot of the issues that we have going on here. My QUESTION to you is, WHY DO U STILL LIVE HERE?? If you are so unhappy and if everyone is so disruptive, you know what my suggestion to is?? MOVE...MOVE...MOVE...MOVE You do have a choice. It seems to me that you need a life change. You have lived here for too long. This should have only been a stepping stone for you.
