Anything but a countryside like apartment. Parking is bad, I could hear my neighbors arguing constanly, I could tell there was a soft spot in one of the walls that was not fixed - seemed like a leak, the maintence calls were not responded to. Roaches & toilet back-ups. My experiences: neighborhood kids set the large garbage disposal outside on fire, slashed another neighbor's kids. One of my neighbors enjoyed taking my newspaper & reading it before I had a chance to get it from in front of my door. Absolutely not a nice place to live.
