The apartments are LARGE, - especially the master bedroom. Garbage Disposal, Washer and Dryer in the unit, balcony - I live in a 2 Bdrm.

Bad stuff - they will rent to ANYONE....and they have. Maintenance takes FOREVER to come fix something, pest control is an issue - I've been asking for them to come spray because my new neighbors' pets have crawled over to visit, but no luck, so I've taken matters into my own hands (spraying constantly to keep the population to a minimum).

They control when the heat is on and when the air is on. you can turn it on in your apartment and turn it off when you feel like it, but the heat's only on from Sept - March or April, then they switch it off and turn on the air during the summer months.

Rent's too high for what we're getting.

My neighbors seem to be getting progressively MORE ghetto. And I live on the 'nicer' side of the complex. the other side of the complex is filled with fake thugs and hooligans who hang out at the strip mall around the corner.

Even so, they take forever to clean up any messes caused by neighbors. Neighbors with kids generally don't discipline them and the office no longer puts notices in people's doors/boxes,etc.... when they screw things up.

Parking SUCKS. COMPLETELY. The lines have been drawn, redrawn and the spaces are ridiculously small.

Upstairs neighbors can be heard, no matter who they are. I done heard stuff here over the course of the years that my ears should not be hearing.

A 2 or 3 bedroom with roommates is the best way to live here. It's not the best place in the world, but not the worst. One person in a 1 Bdrm - HEYALL naw. that's why I'm getting ready to move.
