Thank goodness I never experienced what some of the other Countryside alumni have: the RATS and roaches. I lived on the much nicer side of the complex... however -- as soon as you bend any corner in that place, it looks like the projects. They used to have these coverings over the balcony rails, that were a complete eyesore - only to take them off (on select buidlings) and create EVEN MORE OF an eyesore. Maintenance is EXTREMELY SLOW to respond..... aside from problems encountered while living there, they never EVEN addressed my WALK-THROUGH list of repairs. Temperature control is a JOKE -- expect to be hot as hell in your apartment until June... and forget about it if you live on the 2nd floor -- once I complained about my a/c... the heffa in the rental office told me to use a fan cuz heat rises. Oh, and my neighbor SWORE he was running a movie theater downstairs -- I could NEVER hear my TV. GLAD I AM GONE!!!!
