I moved to CS Jan 05 - This place is the craziest. This is the stuff you expect from SE and I lived in SE for a few years but paid a whole lot less. They are asking 1365 for a renovated apartment only meaning new carpet, fridge, stove, washer and dryer that they neglet to tell you has to be pushed to the sink for operation. I am tired of the noise from the oh so many kids playing ball against the building walls, smoking and cussing past the PG curfew, fights - dont let me start with how many fights I have seen. There is NEVER I MEAN NEVER Any HOT WATER. I have bought 4 more BIG POT so my daughter and I can heat water for baths - forget showers never happen. Ladies need to wash your hair either between 12AM - 5AM or someone elses house. Never any parking and you can watch OTHER people drop their cars off their and roll out for days - what the he!!. Some cars haven't moved since I moved in but they are quick to tow if you are on the line and leggit. Then lets talk about the squeeky azz floors - dont have no one over top of you for SURE. One night someone tried to entire my apartment while I am sitting in my living room with a bogus key. They will try anything over there. Never heard of any car theft but dayum - and there are NO SIDEWALKS so everyone walks in the street - PURE CRAZY. My daughter can really go outside and play - WHERE with WHO doing WHAT - that is my regret. When my lease is up they dont have to worry about looking for me because they will see the dust from the moving vans wheels...
