I moved to Countryside in May to a renovated apartment and so far so good!!! I have not experienced any problems what so ever with my apartment. Thank GOD I have not seen any roaches or mice or remnants there of! I don't however like the parking situation. You have cars that never move and are taking up perfectly good parking spots. (they should be moved) I have no complaints regarding my neighbors or anything. I was however disturbed by the fact that I witnessed some children playing in the garbage dumpsters. Where are these kids parents' But other than that no major problems....SO FAR! It's still early on and if anything develops I won't hesitate to update this review!

My comments are as follows...if reveiwers are making these negative comments to inform other (and there are a LOT of ngative comments) that should tell you that there is a problem BIG TIME !!! Your side of the complex might be ok and that is good for you, but DO NOT try to undermind those who are having major issues with this complex and management. I was one of those who used to live at this complex and I complained to management, this website, the property owners and had to accept that I had to make the best of a very bad situation. When you work hard to make a living then have others undermind your living situation and question what is going on, it makes it that much harder for others to hear what you have to say. If living was THAT GOOD at COUNTRYDSIDE, tell me why you have more negative than positive comments. I do not know if you are part of "management" or not and I could really care less, but enjoy your time at Countryside. When you start having problems AND YOU WILL, remember to re-visit this same website and put in writing the obvious.....COUNTRYSIDE IN ITS ENTIRETY CAN GO TO HELL !!!!
