country side is not as bad as other reveiwers are saying. Parking is perfect there is always some where to park at least on my side of the complex. There are people outside all hours of the night but what can u say, there's always those few people! I have a 3bdr apt. and it is very nice. I have a renovated apt. with a everything new in the kitchen from the tile to the appliances. I even have new carpet. There are no mice or roach problems and i have no problems with noise. Matnience is always there when i call. and over all it is a good place to live!The only problem i have had is with the management, they ar really unorganized.

I totally agree. I am a resident of Countryside as well and so far I haven't had any bad experiences. I do agree about the management part though. I strobgly believe that, if there are continual problems in a community, MANAGEMENT is NOT doing something right! People will eventually leave!

I have been a resident for 2 months and it is lovely you havent had a problem but I live by the rental office and you would think that it would be a little different. But I have seen 4 mice and I don't have to spend my hard earned money for below standard living. You have to be home by 5:00 in order to park. The office staff is terrible. They take nothing serious but have plenty of excuses. Management sucks to. I had roaches and managed to get rid of them. I had no electricity in 2 of my bedrooms and they came and cut 4 big holes in my wall and left. But 1 thing I will say is you have to know your worth and you have to fight. I just moved in and I have been pleasant and patient but they dont respect that. I have kids outside all night. The security that rides around is just there to get a check because they park and ocasionally ride around if they are not chilling with the boys standing on the bridge. So I do not reccomend for anyone I know to move here. THEY SUCK. And as we speak I am on hold waiting to speak with Martha which is a every week occurance.

My comments are as follows...if reviewers are making these negative comments to inform other (and there are a LOT of negative comments) that should tell you that there is a problem BIG TIME!!! Your side of the complex might be ok and that is good for you, but DO NOT try to undermine those who are having major issues with this complex and management. I was one of those who used to live at this complex and I complained to management, this website, and the property owners and had to accept that I had to make the best of a very bad situation. When you work hard to make a living then have others undermined your living situation and question what is going on, it makes it that much harder for others to hear what you have to say. If living was THAT GOOD at COUNTRYDSIDE, tell me why you have more negative than positive comments. I do not know if you are part of "management" or not and I could really care less, but enjoy your time at Countryside. When you start having problems AND YOU WILL, remember to re-visit this same website and put in writing the obvious.....COUNTRYSIDE IN ITS ENTIRETY CAN GO TO HELL!!!!
