I moved in...in may. Contractors did a poor job with my kitchen...flooding occurred the first day I was there. Other than that everything was great. Until the AC started leaking...mold and water everywhere in my living room. It was soo bad they had to replace the carpet in my living room and dining room. That took a month to do after they found out it was leaking and the mold wouldnt come up with carpet cleaners coming through. I have had leaks in my bathroom and kitchen since then. Roaches are a serious problem in countryside. Didnt have them immediately when I moved in...but they started coming. Exterminators have been to my supposedly 4 times. I had mice also. Put it this way...the rental office has roach baits all around. That should tell you something. Parking is ok if you live in 3 certain spots in the community. People are always on the streets, in front of buildings. And they have their drug transactions next to the pool. There are no playgrounds so the kids have to play in the street. Maintenance does come fast, thats the only good thing. I do not recommend this complex. Just look around...you will see a lot of vacant apartments. Now you know why.

shame that things have gotten worse since I left in 04. Sounds like typical Countryside. The only thing that's changed is the rent's higher. And the rennovated some apartments. Hope you get out soon.

I refused to let them renovate my apartment. Their idea of upgrade was cardboard cabinet fronts. Reglazing tubs and sinks, new light fixtures all to the whooping fee of $300 more a month
