The side near 9981 was the best side when I used to live there. Your biggest issue will probably be kids playing ball in the court and denting your car. Yeah, the policy says they're not supposed to, but they do it anyway. Depending on what building you're in, you may get someone else's roaches when you move in. I went a year and a half without roaches, then someone brought their pets and I had a fight with them (the roaches, not the people) for about 2 months. Constant spraying, wash dishes quickly and wash them off before you use them. That may have been eliminated since they rennovated a lot of apartments (and the roaches' nests were under the old cabinets).
