I wrote a review a couple of months after I moved in (see. 7/13/2005) I didn't have any problems then..I just moved out (9983)and I can honestly say that I still experienced no major problems. Aside from them having to snake the kitchen sink everything was cool. I never had any problems with mice or roaches. When I moved in I bought those Combat roach baits and gel to put in the cracks and just stayed on top of that. Parking was always a problem especially late at night. They should have a playground for the kids so they wouldn't have to play ball in the parking lot, but other than that no real complaints. Obviously everyones experience will be different so just beware.

My comments are as follows...if reveiwers are making these negative comments to inform other (and there are a LOT of ngative comments) that should tell you that there is a problem BIG TIME !!! Your side of the complex might be ok and that is good for you, but DO NOT try to undermind those who are having major issues with this complex and management. I was one of those who used to live at this complex and I complained to management, this website, the property owners and had to accept that I had to make the best of a very bad situation. When you work hard to make a living then have others undermind your living situation and question what is going on, it makes it that much harder for others to hear what you have to say. If living was THAT GOOD at COUNTRYDSIDE, tell me why you have more negative than positive comments. I do not know if you are part of "management" or not and I could really care less, but enjoy your time at Countryside. When you start having problems AND YOU WILL, remember to re-visit this same website and put in writing the obvious.....COUNTRYSIDE IN ITS ENTIRETY CAN GO TO HELL !!!!

Does anybody have any positive things to say. Truely!!!! I think coming on this website is a bad idea period. Yes of course places arent going to be perfect but for people who r trying to move all u read about is negativity. You people are making it hard for people to even consider moving into an apartment. All you talk about is your bad experience but....? you just making it hard. I came on here to get reviews on places i'm considering, not negativity. Is it really that bad!!!!!!! I mean... Come on!!!! For Real apparently not.. if you live or lived there. You guys arent being very helpful at all. You put me more in a stump. I think NO one is being truely honest. That's my negative review.

Truthfully. You can pull up every apartment in the area and there will negative remarks and NO good ones to look through. The ones that put in negative remarks are mostly the ones that don't pay their rent on time and have cause most of the headaches and problems. When things are going good people don't take the time write about it LIKE THEY SHOULD. But people make time to write about the bad and EXAGGERATE IT! Out of 400 or so apartments you only see a few negative blogs that should tell you something. One persons experience may not be yours. Not mention the bad tenants truly go out of their way to make good people monsters and neigborhoods ghetto when their talking about themselves. When they move out of the neighborhood it's a bit more peaceful. I am not a tenant and I don't work for the company but I did visit the apartments and the new management company is doing a good job renovating. I have lived in the area all my life and feel that it could once again be a very nice place to live if they can only KEEP OUT THE NEGATIVE, THE TROUBLE MAKERS AND THE N***A'S. DO NOT LOOK TO THESE WEBSITES FOR CLEAR, HONEST ADVICE.
