Countryside is by far the worst living experience of my life. Because they are the priciest apartment complex in the part of town, I assumed this was as close to luxury that I could afford. This is a prime example of not always getting what you pay for.

To start, I moved into an apartment that looked like there was never a walkthrough. Appliances were not working, poor paint job, missing screen door and broken floorboards. The parking is horrible in certain parts of this so called community at night. The utilities are included which was a big bonus to me but had I known they were not always working I never would have moved here. The water is always COLD! When I repeatedly complained I was pretty much told there was nothing that could be done. Don't expect an operational central air conditioner to provide relief in the summer. For a large part of the summer it was hotter in my apartment than outside. The A/C only cools the apartment 10 below outside temperature. Which means if it s 90 outside its 80 inside. While I do not have mice or roaches (I assume that's because I live in the rental building), I have spoken to many residents in other buildings that are affected by this problem. If you have children, be forewarned that there is chipping paint in my apartment that would not surprise me if it contained traces of lead. It's impossible to get a good night s sleep because the floorboards allow you to hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes. The maintenance team is a joke as they can never seem to fix anything. The leasing consultants are incompetent as they have repeatedly given out wrong information. For the price, you can easily find a better apartment community within 5 miles.

Overall poor management, incompetent staff and inadequate living conditions for a high price. Don't move here or I will guarantee you will live to regret it!

Living in the rental building doesn't make a difference because I live there. They exterminated and I saw Mickey and Minnie. The idiot in the rental office told me to expect more because the mice wanted somewhere to live!!!! I am still waiting on them to fix things that were wrong when I moved in over a year ago. I will be out as soon as my lease is over.
